What We Grow
We grow seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers all year-round.
Vegetables, Fruit, and Herbs
We grow a large variety of seasonal produce such as kale, rainbow chard, napa cabbage, spinach, lettuce, onions, snap peas, turnips and radishes in the spring. In the summer we feature okra, heirloom tomatoes, green chile, peppers, squash and eggplant. In the fall and winter you can expect broccoli, carrots, winter squash, potatoes and leeks. We also have several types of herbs available (some year-round), such as rosemary, sage, cilantro, parsley, chives, basil, marjoram, oregano, and thyme.
Providing beauty in the fields and a home for pollinators, flowers are an integral part of any farm. The Sol Harvest design team launched in 2012, crafting floral installations for Farm and Table Restaurant weekly and special dinners and for anniversaries, birthdays and weddings. Some of our favorite cut flowers include Zinnias, Sunflowers, Bells of Ireland and Marigolds but we also love the flowers of arugula, cilantro and dill.
Sol Harvest Farm is a community around food. We gather at the Solstice and Equinox to acknowledge and honor the changing of seasons. Stay in touch with gatherings and location on Facebook. We also offer classes and workshops upon request.
