About

Sol Harvest Farm is a community connected by food. We say yes! to life. We are committed to living in relationship with and in awe of the natural seasons. We believe that life is art and food is medicine. Aimee Conlee and Ric Murphy are the humble heartbeats of Sol Harvest, surrounded by fellow students and stewards of the land.

Launched in 2012 as the resident farm to Farm & Table Restaurant, Sol Harvest provided fresh vegetables, herbs and flowers to local restaurants, farmers markets and grocery stores.

In the fall of 2019 Sol Harvest moved their farming operations to Sacramento, California, focusing on small scale harvest boxes and value-added products. Farmer Ric has continued his farming journey at the Center for Land Based Learning, mentoring the next generation of farmers! Aimee connects to the cycles of the seasons and reminds us all to listen to the earth and ourselves. Find more about her sound meditation work here
